Workshops

Body. Mind. Wellbeing.

One off workshops from two hours to a full day giving you the chance to deepen your practice at your own pace. Each of these friendly, social sessions is based around a different theme and will introduce aspects of Yoga that we don't generally have time to fully explore in our regular classes. A great way to improve your general wellbeing while spending time with other, like-minded people.

Saturday 25th June

The Saturday Social Series - Yoga for a Strong, Supportive Core

This workshop will explore how the core muscles engage and support movement. We will concentrate on building an awareness of our core as we move through yoga postures and sequences. We will round the practise off with an extended, nourishing relaxation featuring the singing bowls. Afterwards a sociable chat accompanied by a hot drink and cake.

Saturday 9th July

Summer Wellbeing day

Join myself and Anne Ledbetter for a Summer Wellbeing day to relax and recharge your batteries as we move through the season of spring. Starting with a short, opening gong bath the morning will include a 90 minute yoga practice followed by an extended, guided relaxation. After a leisurely light lunch (included in price) the afternoon will include a 60 minute gentle Yin yoga practice followed by a 60 minute sound bath with gongs, sing bowls and chimes. Tea and cake will be served to complete the day.
