Strength and Mobility Class

This class uses resistance bands and other props to explore adding load to mindful movements, yoga postures and sequences to develop strength, mobility and stability. Suitable for beginners and those with experience.

Yin Yoga Class

Yin Yoga is a slow paced class where seated or laying postures are held for longer periods to work into the deeper tissues of our joints and ligaments. It is an excellent way to improve your mobility. A softer, nourishing class for the body and mind. Suitable for beginners and those with experience.
