Yin Yoga and Relaxation
Yin Yoga is a slow paced class where seated or laying postures are held for longer periods to work into the deeper connective tissues of the body. It is an excellent way to improve your mobility. A nourishing, restorative session bringing a sense of calm to the end of your week. Suitable for beginners and those with experience.
