I am currently running a timetable of live-streamed classes using ZOOM straight from my house to yours!
All classes are friendly and inclusive they feature mindful movements, postures, sequences, breath-work and relaxation.
Private online sessions can also be arranged.
Online Classes FAQs
How do I access your online classes?
You can access the classes using a computer, laptop, tablet or phone using the Zoom App. You will need to download the app onto your device but do not need to create an account. I can help you with this whole process if needed.
What do I need at home to practice with you?
You will need a clear space big enough to move in safely. You also need to angle the camera on your device so that you can see me and I can see you. I invite you into your first class before the other participants and we can check your equipment is working properly.
Do I need to book?
Yes, it is essential because class sizes are limited. Once you have booked I will send you a link to join half an hour before the class starts. Payment must be recieved before the class. I give you my bank account details and you pay £7 straight into my account via online banking. Please put your name into the reference so that I can easily identify you.
What kind of yoga do you teach?
My classes are based in the Hatha tradition. Hatha Yoga is what comes to mind when you think of yoga in general terms. It involves the breath, the body and the mind. Mindful movements, postures, sequences, breath-work, meditation and relaxation all feature in my 90 minute classes.
