I worked as a primary school teacher for many years and I am now a fully qualified, experienced children's yoga teacher. My aim is to guide all children towards making a positive contribution to their physical and mental health and general wellbeing through yoga. Yoga introduces concentration, visualisation, relaxation and breathing techniques which can create calm and focus in their lives. Classes are designed to be fun, incorporating story, music, games, partner and whole group work. I feel honoured and excited to share my passion for yoga with young people.
